- EN 13240: Solid fuel stoves - Requirements and test methods.
- These standards define requirements for design, manufacture, assembly, safety and performance (efficiency and emissions), instructions and marking, as well as test methods for domestic open fireplaces and built-in solid fuel appliances (stoves, inserts).
- The chimneys are made of Corten steel, 5mm thick.
- All chimney models (see individual data sheets) are supplied with pipe cover and ceiling finish plate, for a maximum floor-ceiling height of 270 cm (depending on the model).
- The central chimneys have a duct, which you just have to plug at your exit smoke in the ceiling.
- The glass (if supplied) is made of glass-ceramic (resistance up to 750 ºC).
- The chimneys are delivered in 2 blocks: pipe cover, and base-body-hood, to facilitate transport and installation.- Attention: The stainless steel connection ducts and pipes are not provided.
- In case of lower ceiling, simply cut the hose cover to adapt the height.
- In case of higher ceiling, it is possible to deliver, on estimate, a hose cover of the height desired by the customer.
